“Quiet Prayer”

There is a rich Christian tradition of contemplative prayer among both Protestants and Roman Catholics. One form of contemplative prayer is called Centering Prayer, developed by Cistercian monk Thomas Keating who wrote, “Open Mind, Open Heart: The Contemplative Dimension of the Gospel.”
