The Saint Andrew Chorale and Orchestra will open their 59th season with two splendid works from the Viennese Classical period: Mozart’s ‘Great’ Mass in C minor for double chorus, soloists, and orchestra, and an ebullient hymn of praise, the Te Deum in C, by Franz Joseph Haydn.

The Saint Andrew Music Society was founded by Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church in 1965. Now in its 59th Season, the church sponsors an annual series of concerts, Music on Madison, on Sunday afternoons from September through May. Well regarded for its favorable acoustics and warm atmosphere, the church is easily reached via the 6 Subway line (77th Street) or buses on Madison and Fifth Avenues, and on 72nd Street. The Church is handicapped accessible.
