Discipleship Lunch

Sunday, January 26th at Noon

The Racial Justice Task Force will host Elsia Vásquez, founding executive director of P.A.’L.A.N.T.E, “People Against Landlord Abuse and Tenant

Exploitation” to talk about the work of P.A.’L.A.N.T.E.  Please come join us to learn about the vital work this organization does in educating and empowering tenants to advocate for safe housing.  P.A.’L.A.N.T.E. assists tenants when their rights have been violated and works with them to hold unresponsive property owners accountable. The Session of MAPC approved an initial grant from the RJTF to the organization to assist in their work designed to address structural change. A light lunch will be available.
