Racial Justice Task Force Movie Night

June 26th; Parish Hall at 6:30 pm

The next RJTF movie night is Wednesday, June 26. We’ll gather in the Parish Hall for dinner at 6:30, and at 7 we will begin showing the final episode in Ava DuVernay’s four-part documentary, “When They See Us” about the five men, teenagers at the time, wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for the brutal attack on a woman in Central Park. Please join us! The first three episodes are available on Netflix if you missed the previous movie nights and would like to catch up.

One of the gifts of Movie Night at MAPC is that we have the opportunity to view movies that are difficult to watch or assimilate, and then be able to talk together about what we’ve seen and what it might inspire in us. Please use the link below to sign up so we have an idea how much food to order. Your presence matters, come join in!
