Wellness Challenge
During the month of February, join MAPC youth in a Wellness Challenge. Each week we will focus on accomplishing three goals within a theme. Share your accomplishments with other members and see who is participating by tagging MAPCβs instagram account (@mapc_nyc) or emailing April. clear schedule of unnecessary meetings

get 8+ hours of sleep
cook or clean so your partner can rest
listen to a new genre of music
listen to your favorite song
go to a musical
play your partnerβs favorite song to boost their mood
