Wellness Challenge

During the month of February, join MAPC youth in a Wellness Challenge. Each week we will focus on accomplishing three goals within a theme. Share your accomplishments with other members and see who is participating by tagging MAPC’s instagram account (@mapc_nyc) or emailing April. De-Clutter

  • clear schedule of unnecessary meetings

  • organize books by color

  • clean your room

  • journal or talk to someone you have hurt

  • gather clothes to donate to samaritan’s closet

  • create a schedule for the week

  • walk alone or with friends

  • exercise for 30+ minutes

  • explore a new place (museum/store/park)

  • take the stairs

  • volunteer

  • pray for a loved one

  • read or listen to a devotion (lectio365 app)

  • visit a new museum or park

  • read your bible

  • listen to a Brene Brown podcast

  • watch an episode of The Bible Project

  • sing a favorite hymn

  • get 8+ hours of sleep

  • cook or clean so your partner can rest

  • listen to a new genre of music

  • listen to your favorite song

  • go to a musical

  • play your partner’s favorite song to boost their mood
