Music on Madison; January 28

The next concert of the Saint Andrew Music Society’s 59th Season is on Sunday, January 28 at 3 pm, featuring a rare complete performance of Winterreise, Franz Schubert’s beloved song cycle. Possessed of a rare high-tenor voice and a winning stage persona that embraces both comedic and dramatic roles, Marc Molomot enjoys an international career in opera and on the concert stage. He is joined by pianist Alex Ruvinstein in a mid-winter performance of Schubert’s pivotal cycle of 24 songs setting texts by Wilhelm Müller.
