For All the Saints
We are sad to share the news that long-time MAPC member Judy Shedden died last Thursday, January 11th at the age of 88. Judy was a deacon and served as an usher for many years. Judy and her husband Bill, who predeceased her, met at MAPC and were married here in 1996. Judy was in worship faithfully and served coffee at fellowship hour until her health prevented her from attending. When we have news of a memorial service, we will share it here.
The memorial service for Margaret Dawson, who died December 28th, will be held in the sanctuary on Saturday, January 27th at 11 am with a reception to follow in the Church House Lobby.
There is a memorial service for Rev. Roberta Arden, friend of MAPC, at Marble Collegiate Church on Sunday, February 4th at 1:15. Roberta lived around the corner at James Lenox House and attended worship regularly at MAPC over the past couple of years. She was an active participant in adult education and fellowship events.
