MAPC's Director of Music & Organist will collaborate with Saxophonist Paul Cohen in four concerts at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Friday and Saturday, April 28 & 29 at 6 and 7 pm, each evening. Billed as "Date Night at the Met," the concerts are open to all and will take place in the Armory Hall for 40 minutes. You may recall their collaboration in a performance in February for a Music on Madison Concert, as well as offering music for worship. The duo will perform pieces on historic instruments in the Metropolitan Museum collection in preparation for an upcoming professional recording of music for organ and saxophone.
